Is there a way to know the dimension requirement after using the broaching tool?

Question:

Based on our repair document, the depth of the keyways need to be 0.156 inch.

Has the tool any support feature which make sure to keep this dimension C requirement?

Answer:

The tools are designed so you can still install inserts and stud inserts according to installation dimensions.

The tool will pre-broach the panel, but the blades themselves are thinner and not as long as the keys.

That’s to be sure that the keys won’t bend, and still be fixed enough to maintain their properties.
