CLL SERIES (A286) – Miniature (Imperial)
Miniature Clinserts are used in Electronic and Aerospace applications, where size and strength are critical.
Their pull-out strength exceeds the tensile strength of most Military Standard Screws.
These inserts may be installed in material sheets as thin as 1/6", provided the insert’s protrusion is not objectionable.
The Mini Clinserts (Imperial) product code starts with CLL.
The range of these Clinserts is from #0 up to #8, available in both standard and fine threads.
A286 Series offers high corrosion resistance and can endure long-term exposure to extreme temperatures. Suitable for service up to 700 °C with oxidation resistance up to 980 °C. A286 is commonly used to replace other stainless steel grades in high-strength applications.
