Are there longer broaching and installation tools?

Question customer:

I am looking for a broach and installation tool. we have a quote on the BT332-2. I know that the dimensions on this tool won't get us what we need. Our hardware design has (8) 3/8-16 Clinserts on a Ø4.677 bolt circle. we have a wall at Ø4.09 with a fillet R.04. So we really only have .146 Max between the start of the fillet Radius and the closest edge of the major diameter of the Clinsert. We have used installation tools but have had to modify them in order to have the needed clearance. I will need a specially designed tool to broach, install and sink the tangs into the part.

The face where these inserts are installed is 7.425 deep into the part from the top surface, so the tools would need to be at least that long for ease of installation.
