The material of the MS51830-1... or MS51830-2... insert or the standard clinsert CL...J is stainless steel 303.

To be more specific, the material of our standard Clinserts is made of 303 CRES per AMS5640 or ASTM-A-582, or 303SE per AMS5640, AMS5738 or ASTM-A-582

The standard Clinserts have the finish: Passivate per ASTM A967
