Broaching Tool / Imperial
Broaching tools are used to pre-broach holes for very hard materials with a hardness greater than 30 HRC or 300 Vickers. This tool is made from Resisteel® and has a extra coating. The broaching tool BTR578-4 is used to pre-broach the following clinserts: CL820J CL813J CLH720J CLH714J CLX624J CLX616J MS51830-206 MS51830-110 MS51831-205 MS51831-105 MS51832-204 MS51832-104
This includes the locking versions as well as the inserts in different materials.
We recommend purchasing 1 set (=4 blades) extra with the tool: BTSBR578

Anemo isn’t able to ensure the quantity of holes that can be pre-broached, as it’s primarily dependent on the hardness of the parent material and the correct utilization of the tool.
